Advertising Salesperson - Fishing Magazine

My job as a sales person for outdoor magazines has got to be one of the best jobs in the world! I get to deal with tackle shops, fishing lodges, and everything else that you can think of that is related to fishing and the outdoors. The most important part of my job is to find people who would like to advertise with our magazines and keep the ones we already have. I set up advertising plans and help design ads for my clients, this helps them to get more business. I also travel to trade shows across Western Canada. Some of my favorite things about my job are that I get to talk about fishing all the time, meet really nice people that I get to take fishing sometimes. Not to mention I find out where all the hot spots are. I have a whole bunch of new friends that I have met through this job, some of them are now great fishing buddies.
